mmk, so I made a livejournal for my site, Hilary Duff Always a while back but I have no idea what happened to it. So I decided to make a new one soley for the purpose of my custom icons of Hilary. I'm still figuring out this site so bare with me!
edit; I made a header and this realllly cool girl, Jennifer, helped me with the set-up!
